In today’s real estate market your home needs to stand out from the rest. With more and more people shopping on the Internet for real estate, you must pay attention to the subtle details, or better yet find an agent that does, like Paul.

This is our story. I believe when you decide to sell your home it is not yours any more. It is just a house that you need to present to others to achieve your sale.
In our case we had an 11-year-old house in Douglas Dale (our dream home built just for us). The carpets & linoleum were tired and outdated; all colors were showing the age of the home. So out with the carpets and linoleum (kept the hard wood) and in with new carpet, tile and paint. We asked our neighbors/friends who are a professional painter and she is an accredited home stager for help. We chose colors she recommended, remember you don’t have to like them, but they need to make your house POP, you want people to come in and go WOW!!, as she explained.
After all the hard work and convincing from them was done, Paul brought in a professional photographer to shoot the virtual home pictures to load onto his website The difference between a pro and a real estate agent taking the pictures is night and day. The good news is that Paul does his research and works hard for you. He keeps you up to date with what is going on with your house, with the market and what the game plan is. In our case, we got 97% of our list price in a buyers market in 8 days…8 days, what more could we ask for? We wouldn’t hesitate to use Paul’s services next time. This was the 3rd house that we have sold and by far the best experience, thanks to Paul.

Our new home was approximately 1 month from being finished. Our contract with our first realtors was finished and our house was still not sold. We watched Paul’s sign go up on two other properties in our cul-de-sac. The one sold within a day of being listed. The other was about a week. Why was ours not selling? We decided we had better call Paul; he seems to know what he is doing to get the job done. Paul came right over, gave us a few pointers on what to change in our house to make it a little more marketable. He put his sign up and 4 days later our house was sold!
